Return Policy

To protect your legal rights, recolere has established the following return policy. Please read it carefully before submitting a return:
Return Application Period: Returns can be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the product (based on the delivery receipt date; returns after this date will not be accepted).
Return Requirements
The product must be unused, undamaged, and the original packaging and accessories (such as tags, instructions, and gifts) must be intact.
The product must not be damaged or misused.
Special items (such as custom-made groceries or perishable items) are not eligible for returns. Please refer to the product details page for details.
Return Process
Step 1: Send a return request to customer service at service@recolere.com, specifying the order number, product name, reason for return, and contact information.
Step 2: Upon approval, customer service will send you a return address and return instructions.
Step 3: Return the product to the specified address and provide customer service with the tracking number.
Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will ship within 3-5 days. A refund will be processed within 1 business day and will be credited back to your payment account.

Return Fee Information

If the return is due to product quality issues, recolere will cover the return shipping costs (please prepay the shipping costs, which will be refunded with the refund).

If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike or incorrect size), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

The refund amount will be deducted from any discounts (such as discounts or coupons) on the original order, resulting in a refund of the actual amount paid.
